The 4,000 square feet house can accommodate up to 10 people very comfortably. Self-catering, fully equipped kitchen. The luxurious chalet offers complete comfort with TV/DVD/satellite, WiFi broadband, gas fire, central heating, wooden flooring in living areas and the bedrooms are carpeted for comfort.

Master bedroom and ensuite with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The other 4 bedrooms (2 doubles & 2 twins) all have ensuite baths & showers. Quality linen and towels provided. The chalet offers a comfortable living & dining area, a fully-fitted kitchen, a high level mezzanine floor with spectacular views across Deer Lake, and an entertainment room with a 5-speaker home theatre system. Outside facilities include extensive decking with an integrated hot tub which is ideal for both the summer and winter months. The house is situated within one acre of its own natural meadow and woodland, and has a driveway with space for several cars.

Humber Valley GolfOn site resort facilities include the golf course which was voted the 'Best New Course in Canada in 2007', Eagles Perch clubhouse with spectacular views across the course and Deer Lake, Health Spa and a lake-side restaurant with its own beach. Ski-ing is only 10 minutes drive at Marble Mountain which is often described as the best skiing east of the Rockies. Other winter activities include Snow mobiling, Ice skating, dog sledding, snow shoeing and heli-skiing Further summer activities include sailing, some of the best salmon fishing in the world on the Humber River, kayaking, white water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, enjoying the wildlife and scenery.
